A GIANT SHOUTOUT to the Community of Vernon who helped the Vernon Lions Club put on the largest Charity Poker Tournament in the Okanagan on November 12 at the Eagles Hall in Vernon BC
93 players attended and $2000.00 in prize money was won by the players.
1st Place was Greg Clark
2nd Place was Kirk Reynard
3rd Place was Randy Roy
4th Place was Diane Gibbins
5th Place was Dustin Hug
6th Place was Brad Roberts
7th Place was Jeremy Graham
8th Place was Garrett Hammer
The High Hand was won by Glen Kirkpatrick who graciously donated his winnings back to the dealer on his table. The Dealer then donated half of the prize back to the Lions Club and purchased a ticket for her son in our next tournament.

The Vernon Lions Club would like to thank all the players, sponsors, advertisers and volunteers who helped to make our second event a great one. Although illness took out a few players before they arrived, we still had a 90 player turnout.
